Starting a New Assessment — Assessment Workflow — Workspace
How to create a new assessment attempt and fill in basic information.
Create a New Attempt
To begin an assessment:
Navigate to Factory Assessments from the sidebar.
Click the New Assessment button.
A new attempt is created automatically with an incremented attempt
number. You are redirected to the assessment form.

Fill Basic Information
The first tab of the assessment form is Basic Information.
Fill in the project context for this audit:
Project Name (required) — the name of the
project or site being assessed.
Engineer Responsible — who is conducting the
assessment.
Project Location — address or GPS location.
Project Area/Section — specific zone within
the facility.
Key Stakeholders — names of people involved.
Additional Information — any supplementary
notes.
Date — when the assessment is being conducted.
Click Save & Next to save the basic information and
proceed to the first section of questions. A green checkmark appears on
