How to answer section questions with compliance ratings and evidence.
Section-by-Section Questions
After basic information, the form shows question tabs grouped by section
(e.g. Safety, Quality, Environment). Each section displays questions one
at a time in a step-by-step wizard with a progress counter.

Answering a Question
For each question you will see:
Question text — with a hint tooltip showing what
evidence and documentation is expected.
Compliance rating — select one of three options:
Full Compliance (4) — the requirement is
fully met.
Needs Minor Improvement (3) — mostly
compliant with minor gaps.
Needs Major Improvement (0) — significant
non-compliance.
Observations — free-text field for your notes
about the finding.
Evidence upload — attach up to 5 files (photos,
documents) as proof. Uploading new files replaces any previously
uploaded files for that question.
Navigation
Next — saves the current answer and moves to
the next question.
Previous — saves and goes back…
