Viewing and Managing Attempts — Workspace by PMG Engineering
How to view completed assessments, continue in-progress ones, and delete attempts.
Assessment List
The assessment list page has two tabs:
In Progress — shows attempts that have not been
submitted yet. Click Continue to return to the
assessment form and pick up where you left off.
Completed — shows submitted assessments. Click
View to see a read-only summary with scores and
pass/fail results for each question.
Use the search bar to find assessments by project name or location.

Understanding Scores
Each question receives a score based on:
Your compliance rating (0, 3, or 4) multiplied by
the question's importance weight (High=3, Medium=2,
Low=1).
Maximum possible score per question: 4 × 3 = 12.
Result:
0 = Fail
3 = Conditional pass (if full compliance is
achieved)
4 = Pass
Multiple Attempts
You can create multiple attempts for the same assessment. Each attempt gets
an incremented attempt number. This is useful for:
Re-auditing after corrective actions.
Tracking compliance improvements over time.
