Overview The Skills Matrix app maps your workforce's competencies across a structured framework of skills, proficiency levels, and role requirements. It gives managers and HR teams a clear picture of team capabilities, highlights skill gaps, recommends training, and tracks professional certifications — all in one place. Proficiency levels — customise the proficiency scale for each skill. Common levels include Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert, but you can define any scale that fits your organisation.
