Overview
The As-Built Documentation tracker is a centralized register of all documents required for
project handover. Before a project can be officially closed, a comprehensive set of as-built
documents must be submitted, reviewed, and approved. This app tracks every document through
a Pending → Submitted → Under Review → Approved / Rejected lifecycle, ensuring
nothing is missed before project closeout.
Document Types
The system supports 8 standard document types that cover the full handover package:
As-Built Drawing — final drawings reflecting actual construction (as opposed to design drawings).
O&M Manual — Operation and Maintenance manuals for installed systems.
Warranty Certificate — manufacturer and contractor warranty documents.
Test Report — results from testing procedures (pressure tests, load tests, etc.).
Inspection Certificate — third-party inspection and certification documents.
Method Statement — approved method statements for executed work.
Material Certificate — material test certificates and mill certificates.
Other — any document that does not fit the above categories.
