CS Project Settings — Setup — Workspace
Set up construction projects, team access, and stakeholder register
Overview
Project Settings is the foundation for all Construction Supervision apps. Before you can
record an induction, raise a permit, log a safety observation, or file a DPR, you need a
Construction Project. This app manages project creation, team access control,
the stakeholder (person) register, and tags. Every other CS app is scoped to a project,
so getting this setup right is critical.
Creating a Project
Setting up a new construction project is a multi-step process:
Navigate to Construction Supervision > Project Settings and click New Project.
Step 1 — Project Details:
Enter a unique Project Code (e.g., "NES-PH2", "ALR-TOWER-A").
Enter the Title (e.g., "Nestle Factory Phase 2").
Step 2 — Team Members:
Select workspace members who should have access to this project.
Only team members can view and interact with data within this project.
Step 3 — Initial Stakeholders:
Optionally add the first batch of stakeholders (workers, contractors, supervisors).
More can be added later from the Stakeholder Register.
Click Create. The project is now active and visible to assigned team members.…
