Overview
Safety inspections are formal, structured audits of the construction site using predefined
checklist templates. An inspector walks the site — often accompanied by contractor
representatives — checking each item as Pass, Fail, or N/A, and documenting deficiencies
with remarks and photos. The system automatically calculates an overall score as a
percentage, providing a quantitative measure of site safety compliance.
Creating Inspection Templates
Templates define the checklist items that inspectors will evaluate. Each item can be
organized into groups (categories) for logical structure.
Go to Safety Inspection > Templates and click New Template.
Enter the Name (e.g., "Monthly Safety Audit", "Scaffold Inspection", "Housekeeping Check").
Set a Category (e.g., "Safety", "Quality", "Housekeeping", "Electrical").
Add a Description of what the inspection covers.
Build the Checklist Items — each item has a name and a group.
For example, under the group "PPE":
"All workers wearing hard hats"
"Safety harness used for work above 2m"
"High-visibility vests worn in vehicle areas"
Click Save.
