Grid-based daily attendance for site workers
Overview
The Manpower Tracker records daily attendance of construction site stakeholders using an
interactive grid. Unlike a traditional list/detail form, this app displays a calendar-style
grid where rows represent persons (grouped by organization) and columns represent dates.
Click any cell to mark attendance. This is essential for contractor billing verification,
labor law compliance, and understanding resource availability across the project.
Using the Grid
The attendance grid is designed for rapid data entry:
Rows — persons from the stakeholder register, grouped by their organization.
Columns — dates for the selected month.
Click a cell to cycle through statuses:
Empty (no record)
P (Present — green)
H (Half Day — yellow)
A (Absent — red)
Back to Empty (clears the record)

Bulk Save
