Content Development

  • Work closely with technical teams to simplify complex engineering concepts for a broader audience.

Documentation and Quality Control

  • Review and refine all client-related documents for clarity, accuracy, and professional presentation.
  • Ensure documents meet company standards before submission to clients.
  • Standardize templates, formats, and document structures for consistency.
  • Maintain and organize documents as per company system for storing and tracking project-related documents.
  • Ensure easy retrieval and version control of important company documents.
  • Regularly update and maintain the document repository for quick access by relevant teams.

Qualifications & Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, or a related field.
  • Strong command of written English with excellent editing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts in a simplified manner.
  • SEO optimization and digital content creation is a plus.

We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Process Engineer to join our team. The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining food production processes to ensure product quality, food safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The role will focus on continuous improvement, cost reduction, and supporting new product development in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize Process Block Diagrams (PBD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), and Mass Balance calculations for food &beverage processing plants.
  • Prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS), Bill of Quantities (BOQ),and equipment sizing reports to support project planning.
  • Conduct piping line sizing calculations and assist in utility design for steam, compressed air, water, and refrigeration systems.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to evaluate and select process equipment, ensuring technical specifications and cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide technical expertise in vendor evaluation, RFQs (Request for Quotations), and equipment procurement processes.
  • Work closely with mechanical, electrical, automation, and civil teams to integrate process requirements into project execution.
  • Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance validation of installed equipment and process systems.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygienic engineering standards, and industry best practices (HACCP, GMP, FSSAI, ISO, FDA ,etc.).
  • Identify process improvements, cost reduction opportunities, and energy efficiency strategies for clients.

Qualifications & Key Skills:

  • B.E./B.Tech/ M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in process design and project execution in the food & beverage industry.
  • Strong expertise in Process Block Diagram (PBD), P&ID, Mass Balance ,URS, BOQ, and equipment sizing.
  • Knowledge of piping line sizing, plant layout optimization, and process utility design.
  • Exposure to procurement processes, vendor selection, and RFQ evaluations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, plant simulation software, and process modeling tools.
  • Familiarity with food safety, hygienic design principles, and industry regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Preparation of Technical Datasheets and specifications of all (Existing and new) Utility & process

  • Create comprehensive and complete technical reports at key points in a project
  • Must have knowledge utility Key equipment - Boiler, Air compressor, Chillers, WTP, STP Design and

  • Leadership and teamwork with high individual commitment towards design, development and
  • execution of engineering project works in Food and Beverage sector to achieve the non-negotiable
  • project objective.
  • To effectively delegate and coordinate with PMG-team, suppliers & contractors, clients, and other
  • stakeholders to pull and/ or push the day-to-day engineering activities to fruitful completion.
  • To understand and support all aspects of design and execution of engineering projects (safety,
  • process, civil, mechanical, electrical, automation, quality, etc.) by pro-active leadership and
  • initiatives.
  • Leading the project works and project team at site with complete responsibility and accountability
  • of scope, time, cost, quality, and other objectives.

  • communication, and client coordination to achieve company vision and mission.

Qualification & Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the food, beverage, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, utilities, and production equipment in the food sector.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
  • Familiarity with food safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, ISO).
  • Basic knowledge of automation and process control will be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD / SolidWorks and MS Office.
