View leaderboards for task scores and log ratings
Overview
The Performance page provides leaderboard-style rankings of team members
across two dimensions: Log ratings (manager-assigned star
ratings) and Task scores (algorithmic scoring based on
completion timeliness). No data entry is needed — all metrics are
calculated on the fly from existing Logs and Tasks data.

Log Leaderboard
The Log tab ranks team members by their average star rating.
Each member's row shows:
Rank — position in the leaderboard.
Name — with avatar, position, and earned badges.
Rating — the star rating with a trend sparkline showing the trajectory from month to week to yesterday.
The rating tooltip shows a breakdown: Yesterday | Last Week | Last Month.
The default sort is by overall rating (highest first). The sparkline uses
green for improving trends and red for declining ones.

Task Leaderboard
The Task tab ranks members by their weighted task score on
a 0 to 120 scale:
Early completion: scores above 100 (bonus up to 120).
On-time completion: scores exactly 100.
