Product on Line — Production — Workspace
Map products to production lines with capacity data.
Overview
Product on Line creates the routing matrix — the
mapping of which finished products can be manufactured on which
production lines. Each routing record captures batch parameters and
capacity data, enabling the system to compute output rates and support
production planning. This is the bridge between your Product BOMs
(what to make) and your Line BOMs (where to make it).

Creating a Routing
To map a product to a production line:
Navigate to Product on Line and click
Add Routing.
Select the Product BOM (must be active).
Select the Line BOM (must be active).
Enter the Batch Size — the output quantity
produced in one batch run.
Enter the Running Hours per Batch — how
long one batch takes on this line.
Enter the Setup Time (in minutes) — the
time needed to prepare the line for this product.
Save — the system auto-computes the output capacity per
hour.
