Calculators — running a calculation — Workspace
Fill the form, calculate, reuse past runs from history, and download the report.
What Calculators is for
Engineering Design is a library of more than forty calculators across
Mechanical, Electrical and Civil. Every calculator uses the same page: inputs
on the left, results in the middle, your history on the right. Formulas run on
the server, and every run is saved.
Running a calculation
Pick a calculator under Engineering Design in the sidebar.
Give the run a Title (and a description if useful) so you can find it later.
Fill every input. The unit sits beside each field: a fixed unit shows as a label, and where several units are offered pick yours from the dropdown — the calculation converts for you.
Click Calculate. The results table lists each computed parameter with its unit; the Result row is highlighted.
Reset clears the form and hides the results.
