Calculators — what a manager can do here — Workspace
Calculators has no manager-only controls; history is per person, for admins too.
No extra controls in Calculators
Calculators gives a manager nothing beyond what a member has: you see your own
history, not your reportees'. Use the Member tab of this guide
for day-to-day use.
Reviewing a reportee's calculation
Ask them for the Download Report PDF. It carries the calculator name, the run title, the date, who prepared it, every input and every result, so it can be checked without opening the workspace.
History is personal for everyone, admins included, so the report is the way to share a run.
To re-check their numbers, run the same calculator with the inputs from the report. The Result row is what to compare.
Good practice
Agree run titles with your team — a project code plus what was sized — so a
history column of thirty entries can be read. For cost calculators, agree the
chemical unit costs everyone enters, or two people's estimates will disagree
for no engineering reason.
