The Calculators app plus a per-person assignment for each paid calculator; how it bills and what to check when one is missing.
Access comes in two steps
The person needs the Calculators app, assigned like any
other app. Without it no calculator opens, and the message says the
Calculators app is needed.
A calculator that carries a price must also be assigned to that person in
Settings → Assign In-Apps, on the Calculators tab. A free
calculator opens for everyone who has the Calculators app.
So two engineers can have different lists under Engineering Design. Each
assigned calculator is billed per day per person, at the price it had when it
was assigned: repricing a calculator later does not change what an existing
assignment costs. Removing the assignment stops the charge.

What admins see
An admin follows the same two steps: to run a paid calculator yourself,
assign it to yourself.
History is personal for everyone, admins included: the history column
lists only your own runs. To check someone's calculation, ask for its
