Add PMG exams or build your own, assign them with a cost preview, and manage results and attempts.
Getting exams
Catalogue lists PMG’s exams with their price per attempt. Add to library to use one.
On a PMG exam you can change the logistics — attempts, cooldown, when results are released, stricter integrity — but not the questions, marking or pass mark.
Build your own: question banks (or import the spreadsheet template), then an exam with sections, fixed questions and a blueprint (how many easy, medium and hard questions to draw from each bank), and the settings tabs. Preview, then Publish.
Assigning
Click Assign, choose members, set the window, due date, attempts and any extra time.
The cost preview shows the most the attempts can cost and who will be given the Exams app.
Members are reminded three days and one day before the due date. Approve their requests under Requests.
Managing attempts
Extend gives a candidate more time while they are sitting the exam.
Void a technical failure: the attempt does not count and is not charged.
Invalidate misconduct: the attempt counts as failed and any certificate is revoked. Both need a reason.
Reset session lets a candidate continue on another device.
