Overview
Register is the roster of people on a construction project:
your own staff, the client’s, and every subcontractor’s. Each entry
records who someone is, who they work for, how to reach them,
and keeps their identity and address proof on file.
It is the list the rest of the service draws on. Induction and
Toolbox Talk record attendance against people in the Register, so a name that is
not here cannot be marked as inducted or briefed.
