Daily Progress Report — Daily Operations — Workspace
Record daily site progress with weather, manpower, and activities
Overview
The Daily Progress Report (DPR) is the single most referenced document in construction
project management. Filed by site engineers at the end of each workday, it captures what
was planned, what was accomplished, issues encountered, and the plan for the next day.
DPRs provide a continuous record of project execution — essential for tracking delays,
justifying time extensions, and resolving contractual disputes.
Creating a DPR
Navigate to Daily Progress Report and click New Report.
Select the Project and set the Date (defaults to today).
Choose the Weather Condition:
Clear, Cloudy, Rain, or Storm.
